  • Merle (Pye) Wilkes, Class of '42, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at Pruitt Health & Hospice Center in Swainsboro, GA.

  • Bennett Flanders, Class of '56, passed peacefully in his home in Lakeland, FL. on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. 

  • Robert E. “Bob” Randall, Class of '68, died Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital following a lengthy illness. 

  • Edward Otis “T-Bone” Smith, age 87, of Lyons, died Monday, April 18, 2022, at his home after a brief illness.   

  • Fenton Lee Talley, Class of 1951, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022, at the Community Hospice Center in Vidalia after a brief illness. 

  • Janice (Joyner) Morris, Class of 1969, on Friday, April 1, 2022, after a long illness. 

  • Deloris (Holland) Powell, Class of 1958, on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at the Community Hospice Center in Vidalia after an extended illness. 

  • Margie (Higgs) Patrick, Class of '55, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, March 29, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her family after a long illness. 

  • Betty Rushing Tapley, Class of '55, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2022, at Community Hospice House in Vidalia after an extended illness. 

  • Martin "MD" Nobles, Class of '47, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 18, 2022.
